Chocolate Mousse

Simple Chocolalte Mousse

Ingredients

Chocolate ( 200g )
Cream ( 3/4 Cup )
Cookies ( 8 Pieces )
Melted Butter ( 1 Tea Spoon ) [ 15g ]
Gelatin ( 3/4 Tea Spoon ) [ 5g ]
Water ( 2 Table Spoon ) [ 15ml ]
Whipping Cream ( 1 Cup ) [ 200g ]
Vodka ( 1 Table Spoon ) [ 15ml ] ( Or any kind of Flavouring Example : Caramel Syrup )

Equipments

Blender or Manual Masher
Whisk
Microwave

Standard Of Procedure

Mix the chocolate and cream and microwave till chocolate is melted and whisk them in
Make sure theres no lumps in the process
Grind the cookies into fine powder and add melted butter to cooking mix it well
Make a thin layer in the base of the serving glass and refrigerate for a few minutes.
Soak Gelatin powder in water for 5minutes and add it to the Chocolate Mixture
Add vodka and whisk it and refrigerate for about 10minutes
And Add Whipped Cream to the Chocolate Mix and Mix it well with a spatula
Pour the chocolate mousse mixture into the cookie base serving glass
And let it set in the freezer for 15minutes
Topped it with Whipped Cream and Some Chocolate Sprinkles and Enjoy

Simple Ice cream

A Very Simple Made Ice Cream

Ingredient

Cream
Condensed milk
Flavouring
- Matcha Powder
- Mango Puree
- Strawberrie Sauce
- Chocolate Sauce
- Vanilla Essence

Equipments

Ice
Chilled bowl
Electric Whisk
Freezer
Standard of Procedure

Firstly fill a bowl with ice and another bowl with cream and place the bowl with cream onto the ice bath
Whip it till near foamy and add flavouring
After adding flavouring whip till full solid,
DO NOT OVER WHIP ( Cream will turn into Butter and separate from Cream )
After step above store in container and freeze for 8 hours atleast.
After freezing remove scoop and enjoy

Pannacotta

Simple made Pannacota

Ingredients

Milk [ 100 ml ]
Cream [ 200g ]
Vanilla Essence [ 1 ml ]
Sugar [ 2 Table spoon ] ( 20g )
Jelly Powder [ 1 tea spoon ] [ Similar to Agar powder but different ]

Standard Operating Procedure

Cook in pot with medium heat mix Milk, Cream, Sugar and give it a semi boil ( Near boiling point )
Add Jelly powder and portion on cup leave for cool down for 15 minutes and Chill in fridge for 45 minutes before serving

Toppings , Small Berries, Cut Strawberries, Fruit puree

Fluffy Chocolate Souffle

Ingredients

Butter ( Spread )
Eggs yolk ( 2 Yolks )
Egg whites ( 3 Eggs )
Sugar ( 5 Table spoon ) [ 75g ]
Chocolate ( 60g )
Cocoa powder ( 1/4 Cup ) [ 30g ]
Cream ( 1 Table Spoon ) [ 15g ]
Milk ( 2 Table Spoon ) [ 30 ml ]
Water (3 Table spoon ) [ 45 ml ]
Salt ( 1/4 Tea spoon ) [ 1g ]
Equipments

Oven
Spatula
Bowl
Pot
Electric Mixer
Ramekins ( Clay type desert cups )

Standard Operating Procedure

Butter Ramekins, Dust sugar on the Ramekin and remove excess sugar
Mix 2 table spoon of milk and 1 table spoon of Cream and cook on medium heat.
After heated up add 60g chocolate and sit for 1 minute let it melt.
After that Mix it in until all combined add Cocoa Powder and 3 table spoon of water fold it all in.
Make a double boiler and make it all well heated,
Mix Egg and salt and whip till foamy and add sugar slowly
After Chocolate mixture is cool add 2 yolks into the mixture fold it in and add 1/3 of the Foamy egg white into the mixture and fold it all in till combined after this step mix all together Chocolate with Egg white into one bowl and mix well
Lastly portion into cups till 90% full and bake ( 190c ) for 13-15 minutes
Note it will rise 1-1.5cm above the cup and serve it while warm with topping of icing sugar ( if you have it )
Enjoy with Cream or just eat it straight
