Creamy Sirloin Steak

Olive oil to a hot pan around 220-240
Remove fats from steak
Roll out thin and season
Salt and black pepper
fried quickly on both side 45 seconds each and set aside to rest
into the same pan (Without washing) add slice Onions and season Salt Pepper
Slice mushrooms and a chuck of butter and crushed garlic
a splash of Lea & Perin sauce (Worcestershire sauce)
and add Dijon mustard add brandy and flambe removing the alcohol
till onion and mushroom sauced up add cream and chopped parsley
return the steak and cook.
For salted potatoes
Heat the pan on high heat and enter the potatoes cut side down
season with salt and add crushed garlic and herb(Rose mary or Dills)
transfer steak and potatoes to plate and put sauce over steak
