Shortcrust pastry.

Bowl and butter in the fridge
Step 1
200g Butter
400g Flour
Pinch Salt
Blend - Reason speed the process, till breadcrumb mixture. 15-20 seconds
Texture Soft fine
Step 2
Cold bowl open hold in middle with finger
Water below 100ml
Start by 2/3 water
use hand and twist mix up all the flour together
and add the rest of the water and twist and make it into a dough
lift up and push it into a well shaped dough  (Twist and Push motion)
Flour the board push the pastry together gentle remove the holes till a fine solid soft dough
sprinkle flour on pastry end texture soft ply
Cling wrap and refrigerate.
